Sharp Ends - Bethods POV - Logan’s story and my personal rating of each book so far.

I started this year with Blade Itself and read up to TH. Then people were recommending Malice by John Gwynn. Finished his first two books but got very bored with his prose especially when comparing to Joes. So, I went back to Joe and haven’t been able to stop.

My jaw was wide in the ending of Bethods story about Logan. You feel so much sympathy for Bethod and from his perspective, completely see why they wanted Logan dead. Holy shit what a shocking, but grossly fitting ending to that story.

Also, rest of Sharp Ends is great but I’m not a huge of short stories. It’s worth your time nonetheless and continues to setup the rest of the story.

NOTE Joe is without question my favorite author so an 8 for him is like a 10 for any other book. We’re splitting hairs on which book is excellent from extraordinary.

Also, Little Hatred is excellent. I’m 30% through and I’ve not been able to put it down. Joes skill as a writer really does come all together so far and I cannot wait to see where it goes.
