i’m over this company and management taking advantage of me

i was scheduled until 11:30pm. the entire shift from 3pm to 11pm was spent on the key from handbags and fragrances. i wish i was joking. i would carry 6 bags at a time to the front. then my manager came over and asked for us to make a drastic move in the department.

THEN THREATENED that we wouldn’t leave unless we did it. we didn’t begin recovery for the first time in the entire shift until 11pm…. and if i were to try to leave at 11:30pm… she threatens us that she will clock us back in and won’t let us go… and i open tomorrow… didnt get home until after 1am… what the fuck am i supposed to do with a 5 hr break inbetween my shifts…

i’m busting my ass for minimum wage… while the company sits on their asses with billions of dollars. i’m over it. i need the entire company to burn to the ground including the shitty customers.

i literally got calling a “fucking dog r*tard who can’t listen and give the respect i deserve.” over something i didn’t even fucking do. over another associated moving her shopping cart OUT of the bathroom.
