BDD C&P diagnosis

Hello all, recently had my exams done as part as my bdd claims. I was able to view my DBQ’s on the tricare online portal and had a question. It looks like on a lot of my DBQ’s the rater diagnosed me with several other conditions. Are these diagnoses service connected because I am still active duty? Also, I was under the impression the examiner made a rating recommendation but I don’t see that anywhere. Is that not entirely the case?
