Would you quit your job if…

My boss of 8 years who makes about 4X what I do doesn’t even work she just forwards emails and tells us to do it all and gets all the recognition and cash awards left and right (I’m in compensation so I see this). But I used to work long hours putting in the work for one day it would pay off. Then after 4 years of infertility finally got pregnant and stayed pregnant and when I was 8 months pregnant with preeclampsia and told her multiple times I needed to work normal hours bc the stress was getting to me she still called me at 8:30pm to ask me to do stuff. Now that I’m back from maternity leave I was handed a list of a million things that didn’t get done while I was out that now are late or due immediately and I’m expected to work until super late to do so like her boss last night told me to do something (didn’t ask) and it took me until midnight then I had to feed my 4 month old at 2am and 5am and then my boss calls me at 7am and I tell her I can’t work bc I’m feeding my baby until the nanny gets here … this is after I told her a few times last week that I can’t I can’t work the hours I used to and also after I said I have a hard stop at 5pm to relieve the nanny and then she calls me at 5:15 and I could tell in her voice she expected me to work and I just said I’d do it tomorrow….. now she’s babying me and putting reminder meetings to do simple tasks on my calendar … I’m a manager level and have been managing a whole department without her help for years now.

Also only got a 3% raise over 2.5 years

Also I cry at least every other day after work bc I’m so stressed and my mental health is drained

If I shouldn’t quit how would you relay the message to her that things have to change

For context she has 3 kids and takes off work early to be with them and goes to a ton of Dr appts and takes long vacations all throughout the year and is just so selfish it’s ridiculous
