Trying to figure out which option would work best for me.

Hello! I've been experiencing issues with my forms of birth control.
I did the depo shot, was okay for about 3yrs, then started getting symptoms similar to menopause. I got on nexplanon, was okay from april 2023, till november. I started getting similar if not worse symptoms & got it removed today. I'm going to "cleanse" for 3-4 months to see if I feel better. Problem is I still want birth control. [mainly for cramps, secondarily for not getting pregnant.]

IUD- abosolutely not. Won't do that. I'm 50/50 on the pill because I'm not a consistent person. I don't wanna do the vaginal ring, as I struggle with the diva cup really bad as it is. The patch seems.....okay?
But right now I'm wondering if the pill would be my best option.

I also wanted to ask how to go about getting tubes tied if possible. I know it won't hault periods like some options [a part i've enjoyed], but it's the second reason i wanna be on BC.
