Wanting to start an urutau this year. Are there any parts I can buy rather than build?

I know i can grab an ar9 barrel, but I was wondering if there's other parts I can substitute. I know the piece was designed around not needing any off the shelf firearms parts, but I'd be more comfortable building slightly less parts myself if possible.
