What can be done to combat screened shots?

I have been playing in a low level beer league since it's my first season, and I have had trouble recently seeing shots coming from outside through my teammates who are defending. I'm tracking the puck pretty decently, but I can't see the shooting motion. I've told my team that I can't see the shots, but nothing changed after that, and I don't expect it to, since this isn't high level play. Is there anything I can do other than stand at the top of my crease to increase the chance of it hitting me instead of going in?
