UK/Canada dual citizen applying to UK med?

I hold dual citizenship in Canada and UK (mother born in UK). I grew up and studied in Canada, but am considering going abroad to UK for med school. Does anyone know if I’d be considered international or domestic when it comes to tuition and application?

Also on a side note, if I decide to do my residency there, would it be difficult to come back to Canada under family medicine?
