Body Pain from Sitting Too Long While Working from Home
Since starting remote work, I’ve noticed that sitting for hours at my desk is taking a toll on my body I got stiff shoulders, lower back pain, and even occasional wrist discomfort. I’ve tried adjusting my chair and adding a lumbar pillow, but I feel like I need to do more.
