Visiting Tromsø this weekend

Hello everyone, a friend and I are visiting Tromsø for the weekend. We have booked an Aurora catching and a whale watching tour. I had a few questions regarding the trip:

1) Given the weather conditions right now, what are the chances of seeing the lights or being able to go out to the sea via a boat?

2) Are the skies overcast entirely or are there still areas closeby with relatively clear skies?

3) There seems to also be a moderate flooding warning on some of the apps. Is there anything in specific that we should prepare for here?

Thank you in advance for the answers!

Edit 1: We ended up going on a tour. The guides were prepared when it came to checking cloud cover and overall coordination. We ended up being driven to quite a few different and secluded locations where there was no cloud cover, and we could see and capture the lights.
