Is this a proper filling and root canal treatment? The crown on the abscessed tooth was removed that day & a permanent placed w/out X-ray. Both teeth hurt.
Is this acceptable dental work? One is a simple filling & the other is a root canal with a crown, over which a permanent was placed. Tooth is still abscessed.
