Guillotine 2099 Appreciation Post ! She can hit for insansely high damage with a Relatively Low Combo Count ( Near the end she pops 15K with each combo hit ) , plus great Utility ( Immunities, Power Control, Heal Reversal etc ) . Overall definitely one of my Favourite Champs.
