Thanks to everyone from my other post. A lot of people where mentioning the bad call from the judges for the hitching. The best part is my 3rd squat attempt should have been red lighted but was all white lights. 245kg/540lbs

585lbs My last deadlift attempt for my first ever comp! Took 1st place in my weight class with a 695kg/1532lbs total. Already excited for the next one. This lift got a ⚪⚪🔴 one of the judges got me for hitching at the top.

I am wanting to incorporate good mornings in to my routine. I plan on trying out the conjugate method after this training block is done. I know it's hard to do form checks on a 10 rep but I don't want to risk more weight before getting the form right. It felt good. Any pointers?

I set a goal for my self last year. I had never done deadlifts before and I started in January. I worked my way up to my first attempt at 405 wich was absolutely ugly dropped down really worked on form and decided by the beginning of this year I was going to pull 500lbs. Started this year off right.

Normally I do high bar squats. Thought I would try out low bar. It feels weird and I'm feeling a tightness in back. Any tips I videoed this at a lower weight after hitting 335 for 3 as my top set. Thought it felt weird dont want to keep trying it at high weight untill I get the form.

today was day 2 of nsuns 6 day deadlifts. So, today was front squats. I cant seem to get them down. The weight is not an issue however the bar doesn't sit on my shoulders right and wants to roll down my arms. I can't seem to get my elbows any higher, and when I do the bar is strangling me. Advice?

Sorry for all the posting but it's been PR week to see how much improvement I've made over the past 2 months. So my bench went from 335lbs to 355. My deadlift went from 440 to 455. And finally today was squats. From 315 to 365. Definitely my best jump.

New PR at 355lbs. Came up easy. Went for 365lbs after but missed it. I will get there though.

Form broke and had to push through but still got it up. 315lbs on incline bench. Not the cleanest but definitely proud of this.
