Strange Handmade Device: Box with Switch, Fuse, Sealed Tube, at the end of the tube there's a screw-off circular glass inside the tube I can only see a vertical glass pane, and behind that, I can see what appears to be a light element, the tube is completely sealed like meant to go underwater (?)
