I designed and 3D-printed mirrors for my NB! It started as a bullet design, and it turned more into an acorn type deal. Utilizing universal eBay mirrors, and it actually has some adjustability!

I couldn't find any ND ducktails I liked. So I 3D-scanned my car, modeled it from scratch, and 3D printed it. This is the first test fit. A few changes and it's ready for filler and paint.

I 3D scanned the rear hatch, modeled a new wing, and 3D printed it. Inspired by the Ken Block RS RX. How did I do?

I've reached 840kg in my lightweight NB8 project! I still have to get a lightweight hardtop, fiberglass doors etc.. Is 800kg possible while keeping it street able?

I made a fresh air scoop for the NA / NB hardtop. For that cool air on hot track days. Will need a lexan window for this one obviously. Formed to fit from a 3D-scan, and then 3D-printed.

First test of the roof spoiler, and the second test of the trunk spoiler. Both 3D-modeled in Fusion, and then 3D-printed! Getting close to releasing these.

Another 3D-printable body kit in the making. Still a work in progress, but the main features are done. A lot more subtle and follows the car lines better than my previous WRC kit.

Finished up a 3D-Printed body kit this weekend. Based on the RX-kit, but accommodated a few design wishes from the customer. Put some simple paint on it to see how it looks, before wider wheels and a wrap.

Making a body kit from scratch with a 3D scanner and a couple of 3D printers. First test piece is on. Other than a few things that became apparent after some paint, I'm happy with it.

3D Scanning with the Einstar is a breeze with the latest software update. Texture as tracking marker works excellent! I can finally ditch the little reflective sticker dots.

First startup after a long winter. Finally got around to fix the taillights as well. Hopefully no more moisture in the housings. Looking forward to rip around with the ITBs screaming!

A little bit more weight savings this winter. And it's finally one color! Front lip, side skirts, and rear spats are gone. Looking for lightweight engine and hard top mounts to get closer to my sub 800kg goal. I'm currently at 820kg. Fiberglass doors are soon ready with working windows!

So I 3D scanned a car and made a wing from scratch! It took only 12 days from scan to a ready prototype! The wing is a Ken Block Focus RS replica. Now to make a mould.

I wanted a "Go bag" but for all my 3D Scanning needs. I scanned the box, then modeled the inside to house a desktop computer, and a 22" screen. I scanned my first car and everything worked perfectly!
