Only started feeling ill yesterday (SUNDAY). VERY high fever for at least 24 hours. Throat incredibly painful. Looked in my throat and white sores everywhere with black peaks. Is this just TONSILLITIS. Photo shows very little but is a lot worse than it looks in photo.
